Please note that we cannot accept any used or open products, and you are responsible for the return postage. Products need to be returned in original packaging to receive a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

Products that have been specifically marked as “Discounted” or “Hot Box” are Final Sale. This does not include a customer’s usage of their points to get a discount for their order. If a customer returns a product they used their points on, they can only receive back what they paid–not the full regular price, and their points will be reverted to reflect the return. Yes! Although we cannot be held responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your country. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
